He has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. Mr. Lopez is the current President of Artisan Rebuilders, LLC. Mr. Lopez has extensive experience in roof maintenance and roof replacements having been a contractor for The Home Depot from 2004 to 2009. In addition, he has performed numerous water and mold remediation for thousands of clients throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Lopez holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1527605), a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1332395), a Florida Mold Remediator license (MRSR3071), and a Florida Mold Assessor license (MRSA3362).

Arafat Kanaan

He has over 25 years of construction management, field supervision, construction contracts and document organization. He has successfully overseen different phases of construction activities that involved small- and large-scale commercial, residential, restaurants, and affordable housing. His experience includes: planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and ensuring high quality of workmanship. Mr. Kanaan holds a Florida Certified Building contractor license (CBC1255654).

Lynn Rodriguez

She has over15 years of experience in roofing. Mrs. Rodriguez holds a Florida Certified Roofing license (CCC1332591). She is currently overseeing the roof inspection and reporting unit at Artisan Rebuilders, LLC and has provided over 2,700 roof inspection reports of residential and commercial properties for the company.
